Your opinions, ideas and concerns are very important to us. Each child has a contact book so that messages can be shared between home and school as we know not all parents are able to get to school directly. We ask that parents who need to speak to their child's teacher do so after school as teachers begin teaching as soon as the doors open every morning. Urgent messages can be passed on through the teaching assistants.
You are always welcome to contact the Principal directly and if she is not immediately available either Mr Andrew Cowan, Vice Principal, will be available or Mrs Randall-Harris will endeavour to get in touch with you as soon as possible and usually within one day. You can speak to Ms Dawson by calling into school, telephoning or emailing - all details are on the contact page.
Ofsted's Parent View system gives you the chance to give your opinions on 12 aspects of the Academy, from the quality of teaching, to dealing with bullying and poor behaviour. Ofsted use this feedback when they review the Academy. The system is not for complaints or concerns -please get in touch with us direct with any issues you may have.
